What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major bank cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shopify Pay, and Shop the Scenes gift cards.
What if an item I want is out of stock?
If an item you want is out of stock, please reach out to our team at contact@shopethescenessupport.com and we’ll do our best to help find the restock date.
How can I cancel or change my order?
We are not able to change the contents of an order once it has been placed. If you would like to cancel your order, please reach out to our team at contact@shopethescenessupport.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. Cancelations are not guaranteed and can only be made during business hours, but we’ll do our best to help. If you'd like to make a return once you receive your order, visit returns.shopthescenes.com within 30 days.
When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged once your order has been placed, along with applicable shipping and tax rates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking.
Why are you charging sales tax?
We collect sales tax in all states as required based on order shipping address. Sales tax rates vary by state and are subject to change. Enter your shipping address at checkout to see the sales tax amount for your order.
What is the status of my order?
You can view your order status when logging into your account. We'll also send you an email once your order has shipped and is on the way.
Do you have gift cards?
You can order a gift card here. Digital gift cards sent via email to the buyer immediately after purchase.
